Chain type industrial boiler and conducting oil chain-type industrial furnace has caused energy waste, environmental pollution problems all over the world, which means the modification of those two types of boiler have to be done.
Due to lacking of fund, the chain grate can't be taken down immediately and briquette coal industrial boiler or biomass industrial boiler can't be taken on immediately in some of projects. According to this kind of situation, we come up with a scheme which can save money and reduce the needed occupying area. The key technology is improving chain-type boiler layer combustion efficiency by using raw coal screening technologies, to reach the same coal saving rate with briquette coal industrial boiler. It can also combust biomass block to reach better efficiency.
The pulverized coal will go into the fine coal preparing system after screening. And then compound combustion system can be formed after using new pulverized coal combustion technology. Waste gas, dust, sulfide and nitrides from the end of industrial boiler should adopt new desulfurization, denitrogenation integration industrial dust environmental protection system, to meet environmental target and protect the ecological balance of the earth.
Under meeting target of the original industrial system, our new process can reach the following standard:
1. Coal saving rate > 25%,
2. Thermal efficiency of chain grate industrial boiler or conducting oil chain-type industrial furnace can be increased from 60% to 85%;
3. Unattended industrial production line can be achieved after setting up industrial automation control system;
4. Dust emission < 30 mg/m³ (same with oil fired system), SOX < 200 mg/m³, NOX < 400 mg/m³, waste heat discharging temperature < 100 ºC, dry slag discharge, no three wastes going outside the factory.
