1 Working Characters:
I. In order to meet the current needs of energy saving in small and medium industrial boilers, this product transform high efficiency coal combustion technology into mechanical and electrical integration form.
II. In order to avoid excessive fouling in industrial boilers, this product takes outside-furnace slag system. The flue gas dust and ash going to the main part of the boiler only accounted for 15% of the from total combustion, of which only a small part of them submerged in the boiler, most of which going into the dust collection system outside the furnace. Industrial boiler only uses compressed air blowing system to avoid the artificial slag-digging. Effect of the use of this product is basically the same with that of oil and gas-combustion industrial boilers.
III. Compared with that of coal-water slurry combustion coal, we have a wider range of the kinds the combustion coal. We don't need privileged bituminous coal, and we can use common bituminous coal, anthracite, brown coal and even the low quality coal.
The burn-off rate of pulverized coal can up to 99%, carbon content in the slag is about 1%. The yellow-white slag is good mix of building materials and agricultural fertilizer, which can achieve the purpose of recycling. Compared with the general chain boiler, the coal consumption can be reduce by 25~30% or more.
2. Environmental Technology Data
Due to the improvements of the combustion system, we have transformed the coal layer burning into pulverized coal combustion with outside slag discharging technology, compared with the chain-type industrial boilers.
The capture rate of the combustion cylinder (vertical or horizontal) can reach more than 85%, so that the slag content in the industrial boiler is less than 15% or more. According to the basic principles Water film cyclone, we have developed two-stage desulfurization Mist filter (stainless steel and other steel products in products introduction) successfully.
Then we eliminate the water film dust removal completely, so that the boiler dusts removal system became simplified with better dust removal effect.
Then removal efficiency ups to 99%, the dust content ≤ 100 mg/m3,SO2 ≤ 250 ~ 300mg/ m3,NO2 ≤ 400mg/ m3.

4 Improve the Energy Structure:
In order to meet worldwide green energy and renewable energy requirements and have further CO2 emissions reduction, this product can use double materials-- pulverized coal and wood flour, as fuel.
Spurted by wood powder bunker and wood powder blower, wood powder and pulverized coal can injected into the combustion cylinder at the same time, whose burn-off rate can reach 99% and the slag content can reduce to 2% ~ 3% . Its wood ash is a good mixed material for agricultural fertilizer, and its slag is also a good mixed material for building. You can adjust the ratio of wood powder and the pulverized coal according to their heat capacity, while avoiding economic decline due to the lack of wood (straw, wood) in some areas.
5 Energy-efficient Technological Transformations for 4 T~ 20T Industrial Boiler:
