Specific Description
1 Two series of products: removable vertical and horizontal pulverized coal burner.
2 The flue gas dust and ash going to the main part of the boiler only accounted for 15%total combustion, most of which going into the dust collection system outside the furnace.
3 Combustion effect is the same with that of oil and gas-combustion industrial boilers.
4 A wider range for coal. We can use common bituminous coal, anthracite, brown coal and even the low quality coal.
5 Achieving PLC automatic thermal instrumentation control system:
6This product can use double materials-- pulverized coal and wood flour, as fuel, whose burn-off rate can reach 99% and the slag content can reduce to 2% ~ 3%.
7 4T ~ 20T / H steam (hot water) boiler can cut out the chain of the chain-type boiler , bottom blowers, the gate of steel warehouse and coal feeder, and screw slag discharging. Thereby the weight and cost of the boiler has been greatly reduced.
Product Applications:
It applies to 4T ~ 20T / H small and medium sized industrial steam (hot water) boiler, and other no-oil and no-gas industrial furnaces which not allow ash contamination.
It can provide qualified high temperature flue gas and high-temperature air flow andreducing the cost of industrial boilers.
