Our gas burner is non-premixing temperature adjustment high speed gas burner. It is widely used in building (cement, ceramic, steel) industry, chemical industry, metallurgy industry, and all kinds of gas fired furnace. It can use natural gas, cast iron gas, coke oven gas. It absorbs advanced technology in the world, and it is economical and practical to the industry application. In practice, it reaches ideal result and gains the good feedback from the domestic customer.
1 The main characters are:
1. The high speed hot air flow in the outlet can enhance the air circulation in the furnace, improve the uniformity of temperature, ensure product quality, and reduce the number of burner.
2. High temperature air flow enhances heating transfer, improving the production and energy efficiency of industrial furnaces.
3. With three times of air distribution, fuel atomization, well mixture, and equipped with small high-temperature combustion chamber, it achieves complete combustion without black smoke which improves energy efficiency. Energy-saving effect is remarkable.
4. With wide adjustment ratio, it can be applied to the requirements of different heating temperatures.
5. Equipped with a full set of automatic ignition, automatic adjusting flame monitor and flameout protection.
6. With automatic control valves and controllers, it can achieve fully automatic control.
2Working structure and theories:
The high speed temperature adjusting gas burner is composed by: fuel nozzle, combustion cylinder, combustion chamber, cover, high-pressure igniter and flame sensor.
1First, the fuel sprayed by compressed air is mixed with combustion air for two times in the combustion tube. And then the fuel is ignited automatically by the ignition devices in the combustion chamber and is combusted completely after mixed with the third air. At last, the high temperature air flow eject from outlet of the combustion chamber.
Automatic ignition equipment is ignited with the help of gas and then turned off automatically after ignition.15kg liquid gas can be used for 2years.
2The basic working theory of High-speed temperature adjusts gas burner is the same with that of the fuel, but using direct electrical ignition instead of compressed air atomization and gas ignition.
3Burner burning capacity is controlled by specialized valve. It can achieve fully automatic operation when equipped with burner, high pressure ignition system, GSKY (Q) controller (supporting special valves and controller provided by the second Design Institute)
3 Operations:
The burner selects valves according to the installation drawing, and equipped with GSK-Y (Q) high-speed burner combustion controller; after ignition, the flame shows, small fire and big fire control and flameout protection can be finished automatically by the controller, or access to the upper machine to achieve automatic control.
4 Adjustments:
1 Burning capacity adjustment; in order to maintain the high-speed air flow in high-temperature speed gas burner, it need to enhance air circulation. So we adopt a new foreign pulse regulation method, namely: large and small fire alternately. The alternating frequency of the fire is controlled by control box SCM, the size of the fire flared can be regulated in advance by the manual valve.
2 Air ratio adjustments: it can be adjusted by air-fuel ratio control valve according to the fuel amount, or be manually adjusted.
Notes:
1 opening blowing fan before firing and closing the fan in the last place
2 checking and eliminating dust and black dust from monitors and purple glass to ensure normal operation
3 When flameout happens, the flame monitors will close the fuel valve and send out accident signal.
