The lined ultra-high temperature butterfly valve is widely used in industrial furnaces, regenerative thermal oxidizers(RTOs),and in the treatment of exhaust gases and solid waste. It adjusts the flow of high-temperature media within pipelines according to different control models, then achieving automation and remote control during industrial production.

Product Overview

The high-temperature butterfly valve is used in conjunction with manual worm gears or pneumatic/electric actuators. It also installs a radiator to protect the electric/pneumatic actuator and extend valve life. This high-temperature valve is installed on the pipeline, receiving the conciliation signal to control and cut off automatically. When this valve is in the off position, the valve plate and the valve body has a gap to ensure normal use during thermal expansion. This valve is specifically designed for use in RTO systems and industrial furnace exhaust systems to achieve automatic furnace pressure control and regulation, hence it is also known as a flue butterfly valve or furnace pressure relief valve.
 
The ultra-high temperature butterfly valves produced by our company are efficiently, safely, and reliably applied in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, packaging and printing, surface coating, decorative materials, furniture, electronics, coating, leather, and rubber. These industries use various organic solvents as raw materials and auxiliary materials and have volatile organic compounds (VOCs) waste gas treatment devices.

Product Features
 
The high-temperature butterfly valve body is lined with castable refractory material, and the disc and stem are made of 310SS or 904L heat-resistant stainless steel. The valve features high strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and does not seize at high temperatures. Structurally, it is equipped with a high-temperature radiator bracket and dust cover. These features facilitate normal operation under high temperatures, reduce dust accumulation, and prevent the disc from getting stuck, ensuring smooth valve operation.
 
According to the requirements of users, the high-temperature valve can be designed as a square to adjust to the requirements of different section shapes of the flue.
 
The valve can withstand temperatures up to 1150°C, with a leakage rate of 1% and an opening/closing time of 2 seconds, significantly improving the efficiency of RTO systems.
