1 The industrial features of Energy-efficient Pulverized Coal Injection Cyclone Furnace
Based on the Soviet Union technology, we have developed our new Coal Injection Cyclone Furnace. Taking advantage of the working principle of cyclone separator, Coal Injection Cyclone Furnace make the fuel and air going into the combustion chamber along the tangential direction, rotating in 100 ~ 200m / s speed. The fuel particles have a completely combustion with the air under the centrifugal force.
In this combustion mode, for one thing, it can up the coal burning off rate to 99% because of the improved mixture condition of air and fuel; for another thing, it can reduce excess air ratio to 1.05~1.0 because of extending the fuel-staying time in chamber. At the same time, it provides a reducing condition which reduces heat losses greatly.
The industrial features compared with other coal-fired industrial furnaces:
High combustion temperature
It can reach 1800 ºC~ 2000 ºCin furnace, 1500 ºC~ 1300 ºCin the outlet of cyclone furnace. In order to achieve stable combustion, the temperature of inner furnace and out let can be adjusted according to production requirements. After high-temperature combustion in cyclone furnace, the slag is discharged in liquid slag well. As a result, the burnt slag content is≤1%.
Liquid slag becomes a hollow spherical vitreous by water quenching, which can be dried into good mixture of cement materials. The large amount of water vapor (with a lot of physical heat and hydrogen) can be returned to the cyclone furnace for mixed combustion.
Liquid discharging due to high temperature
The slag discharging rate of cyclone furnace can reach over 90% of the total amount of dust. Therefore, the cyclone furnace is impossible to slag and coke when above the critical temperature. The outlet air are pure high-temperature air(about 1500 ºC), which is very suitable for the furnace of non-ferrous metal smelting (blister copper smelting) , reduced iron melting, aluminum smelting and other production processes.
Simplified dust removal equipment due to the minimal dust in emissions
High-temperature exhaust heat can be recycled and it is very convenient for decontaminating and cooling the waste.
Adapt to various coal and coal finesse
Instead of difficult working and management technology of transportation, storage, handling, heating, it has convenient pulverized coal preparation system with small occupying area and low investment.
High degree of automation
It can achieve PLC automatic production. In this way, we can adjust the process data through computer and give away labor-intensive production mode.
Realization of environmental protection standards
Whether it is inside or outside the workshop, we can always achieve the environmental standard, especially when matched with a reduction process. In the meantime, we have set the ventilating environmental protection system underground, which remove the air pollution during production process completely.
