Working Characters

1. The fuel distribution at the outlet of the pulverized coal burner is uniform and the air distribution is reasonable. The mixing point of secondary air and primary air is appropriate, and the black flame head at the outlet of the burner is generally controlled between 200mm~350mm to ensure timely ignition and strong combustion..
2. A well organized aerodynamic field is conducive to ignition, timely and uniform mixing of coal powder and air, but also prevents slagging. The primary air generally rotates weakly, while the secondary air generates strong current rotation through a dedicated structure. By adjusting, some of the secondary air can be changed from circular swirling to circular direct current, thereby achieving the adjustment of the swirling intensity of the secondary air. The primary air can also be adjusted to the optimal mixing point with the secondary air through a dedicated mechanism. Therefore, this product is a diffusion type combustion method with good regulation performance to have different regulation methods for different types of coal.
3. This product has low primary air resistance, with a resistance coefficient of 0.8 to 2. The coefficient of secondary wind resistance is 5-6. The regulation of the burner

a. Air wheel regulation for second air regulation

into flame. As the result, the circulation zone can be weakened and flame will be elongated, which is better for quadrangular layout Burner of the boiler.

b. primary air duct regulation
Primary air duct regulates the best mix point of primary and secondary air.

c. the adjustment of diffusion awl
The aim of conical diffuser is to adjust the diffusing angle of the burner flame at the exit,
which is also called flame stability device. Different diffusing angle is determined
according to different coal in order to get the equilibrium of the degree of Flame filled with
