The regulation of the burner

a. Air wheel regulation for second air regulation
The major objective of air wheel is to regulate secondary air rotation strength. According to arrow sign of product's head face, screw clockwise rotation can achieve the strongest rotation strength. Whereas the rotation strength of the secondary air can be weakened by
screw counterclockwise step by step. As the same time, it can creat circular direct air flow
into flame. As the result, the circulation zone can be weakened and flame will be elongated, which is better for quadrangular layout Burner of the boiler.

b. primary air duct regulation
Primary air duct regulates the best mix point of primary and secondary air.

c. the adjustment of diffusion awl
The aim of conical diffuser is to adjust the diffusing angle of the burner flame at the exit,
which is also called flame stability device. Different diffusing angle is determined
